How do I get started?
CC [email protected] on any email where you need help scheduling a meeting. That's it! We recommend connecting your calendars so you can share your availability as well. Click 'Create Account' in the navigation to connect your calendar.
Is it free?
Signing up is free — every person gets 10 meetings to try Skip with no time limit. When you're ready for more, paid plans start at $25/month for 30 meetings across your whole workspace, with Team and Business tiers for higher volumes. All paid plans include unlimited active scheduling, unlimited calendars, and shared workspace billing. For larger teams, we offer enterprise plans with custom pricing, annual invoicing, and dedicated support.
Is Skipup SOC2 compliant?
We're currently in the process of acquiring SOC2 Type 1 certification. Skip is built with enterprise-grade security from day one: OWASP Top 10 addressed, zero-leak privacy model (we never reveal what's on your calendar to others), full audit trails, and prompt injection resistance. Every action is logged and traceable.
Can I change the email or agents name?
Yes. With the Agent Customization add-on ($199/month), you can set a custom display name, email handle, and signature — so Skip sends emails as your brand, not ours. Where can I edit my preferences?
Login to SkipUp and navigate to 'Preferences'. You can set your working hours, timezone, default meeting duration, conferencing tool, and follow-up behavior. You can also email Skip directly to update your preferences directly. Mention something like "I don't do meetings before 9am" in a thread and Skip will remember it.
Can I change the follow up sequence?
Yes. You can customize how often Skip follows up and the tone of those messages in your Preferences. Skip learns from your feedback over time, if you tell it to back off or be more persistent, it remembers.
